The Dodgers fought back, though. Miguel Vargas hit a three-run home run, his first since being sent back down from the big leagues. They would load the bases with two outs before drawing a walk, a hit-by-pitch, and another walk. A ground out would tie the game at 9-9 to send the game to extra innings. The Chihuahuas would score two in the tenth, including an RBI single from Ray-Patrick Didder. The Dodgers were able to score one run in the bottom half before Eric Hanhold got Dahl to ground out to end the game.
San Antonio Missions (Defeated Frisco Roughriders 13-3) (44-42 on the season)
Jared Kollar: 3.2 IP, 5 H, 3 R, 3 BB, HBP, 2 K (74 pitches, 42 strikes)

Cole Cummings: (2-for-5), 2 R, HR, 3 RBI
Korry Howell: (2-for-3), 2 R, HR, 2 RBI, BB
San Antonio and Frisco traded runs in the first inning, but the Missions busted out in the second. Col Cummings lasered his fifth home run of the season, a three-run blast over the left field wall. Later in the inning, Michael De La Cruz singled in a pair of runs to lead 6-1. Frisco ripped off back-to-back doubles off of starter Jared Kollar in the bottom half of the inning. A bases-loaded wild pitch in the fourth inning cut the deficit to 6-3.

The game remained 6-3 until the eighth inning when the Missions batted around without recording an out. Korry Howell led off the frame with a solo home run. Cummings, Chandler Seagle and Ripken Reyes each singled to load the bases for Jackson Merrill, who tripled them home. Juan Fernandez followed with a two-run home run to make it 12-3. A pair of singles and walk loaded the bases, still with no outs. Howell flew out to right field, bringing it yet another run. A double play ended the seven-run frame. San Antonio totaled a season-high 13 hits in the victory.
Fort Wayne TinCaps (Defeated Lake County Captains 11-3) (45-41 on the season)
Miguel Cienfuegos: 5 IP, 3 H, 0 R, 2 BB, 2 K (72 pitches, 45 strikes)

Lucas Dunn: (3-for-5), 2 R, 2 2B, 2 RBI

The TinCaps added a trio of runs in the third inning, including another RBI double via Dunn. In the fifth inning, Fort Wayne loaded the bases only to score on a balk. A single into left field from Juan Zabala would bring two more runners in to give the TinCaps a 10-0 lead. Miguel Cienfuegos turned in his best outing of the season, throwing five scoreless frames. Will Geerdes, recently promoted from Lake Elsinore, pitched 2.2 scoreless innings, striking out three while allowing just a single.

Kai Murphy singled and stole second in the first inning. He would come around to score on a double from Samuel Zavala. Murphy would drive in a run in the second inning to give Lake Elsinore a 2-0 lead. Unfortunately for the Storm, they were limited to just those two runs on six total hits.
