Here is our daily recap of games played.
El Paso Chihuahuas (Lost 9-7 vs Sacramento) (37-47 on the season)

Mason McCoy – 1-for-4, Home Run, Two RBI

Jackson Wolf – 6 IP, 7 H, 6 R (5 ER), 3 BB, 5 K (94 pitches – 58 strikes)
Jackson Wolf pitched six innings but gave up five runs over the first two innings. El Paso was behind the eight-ball early, as they trailed 5-1 after two. Wolf struck out five batters, but a lack of command early got the River Cats on the board. The left-hander did give the Chihuahuas length, which the team’s relief corps sorely needed. Andrew Moore allowed one run on three hits in 1.2 innings of relief, failing to record a strikeout. Ty Adcock allowed two runs while recording two outs; the recently outrighted reliever has a nightmarish 11.05 ERA in El Paso this season. Justin Yeager recorded two outs, not allowing a run.
El Paso blasted three homers, but the comeback effort came up short. Mason McCoy hit a two-run home run in the fourth inning, his lone hit of the day. Nick Solak launched a solo home run in the second inning, and Will Wagner hit an eighth-inning two-run home run. Nick Pratto had two hits, driving in a run. Romeo Sanabria reached base twice in the loss, while Luis Campusano reached base once via a walk, playing the full game on defense. Campusano will need to show he can handle back-to-back games before returning to the Majors.

Ethan Salas – 2-for-4, Two Singles, Two RBI
Kai Roberts – 2-for-4, Two Singles, Three Stolen Bases

Alcides Hernandez’s RBI single in the sixth scored the tying run. The Storm went 1-for-10 with runners in scoring position, stranding seven runners in the loss.
