They absolutely need to void and re-work El Debacles contract. They have many valid reasons to do so. At this rate they will be lucky to have him play 30% of their games.
They STILL don’t have a shortstop. Preller traded away a literal Hall-of-Famer (Trea Turner), all for nothing, or worse-than-nothing. It would be behoove the team to sign Turner in the off-season (e.g. 8 years/220-240 mil).
