El Paso Chihuahuas: OFF DAY

San Antonio Missions: OFF DAY

Fort Wayne TinCaps: OFF DAY

ACL Padres (Lost 13-7 vs ACL Mariners) (16-17 on the season)
L.J. Jones – (4-for-5) Double, 3 RBI

Braian Salazar – 2 IP, 5 H, 3 R, 1 BB, 3 K

Braian Salazar struggled in his start for the ACL Padres, allowing six baserunners across two innings. The right-hander struck out three, but the Mariners would be able to move their runners efficiently against him. Right-hander Ruben Salinas would allow five runs in an inning of work, and Adler Cecil would walk five in 1.2 innings.

L.J. Jones would have a strong game at the plate, driving in three runs on four hits. The former Cardinals farmhand continues his strong start to the ACL season, working his way back to A-Ball and beyond. Addison Kopack would record two hits in the game, raising his batting average to .343 on the year. B.Y. Choi would score twice in the game, and the team as a whole went 4-for-11, stranding 12.

Darian Castillo – (2-for-3) 2 Runs Scored

Roberto Burgos relieved him and tossed three innings, allowing three runs in long relief.

Yoiber Ocopio opened the scoring for the Gold Squadron with an RBI double. The catcher/first baseman is now hitting .367 with an OPS over 1.000. Darian Castillo recorded a two-hit day, including an RBI single. Santiago Contreras would also record an RBI triple in the game. Despite the 10 runs, the team went 2-for-11 with runners in scoring position.

Jason Hernandez – (2-for-3) Three-Run Home Run
