San Diego Padres affiliates went 0-2 on Monday.

Here is a recap of the dayā€™s events.

El Paso Chihuahuas – Off Day

San Antonio Missions – Off Day

Fort Wayne TinCaps – Off Day

DSL Padres Gold (Lost 3-2 vs DSL Arizona Red) (18-22 on the season)
Gustavo Marquez – 1 for 3, RBI, Run Scored

Dariel Polanco – 5 IP, 4 H, 3 R, 2 BB, 2 K

The Padres Gold got a solid start from right-hander Dariel Polanco, as he allowed three runs in five innings. Polanco mostly kept the ball in the ballpark, recording five outs apiece in the air and on the ground. Left-hander Marco Eluscat tossed three shutout innings of relief, keeping the game within reach. Gustavo Marquez drove in the Padresā€™ first run on an RBI single in the 8th inning and scored on Tom Guerreroā€™s sacrifice fly later in the frame. However, the team was unable to complete the comeback, with Kevin Hacen grounding into a double play to end the game. The Padres Gold hit into three double plays in the game, which limited their opportunities to score.

I'd like this amount to

DSL Padres Brown (Lost 5-1 vs DSL Royals Ventura) (8-30 on the season)
Dayquer Alfonzo – 1 for 3, Double, Run Scored
Eduarlin Tejada – 1 for 4, RBI Single
Johan Minaya – 6 IP, 0 H, 0 R, 1 BB, 7 K

In just his second start of the season, young Johan Minaya was on top of the world. The Padres Brown starter went six no-hit innings, allowing one baserunner via walk. Minaya struck out seven batters, bringing his season total to 27 punchouts in 28 innings. Reliever Sebastian Soriano was tagged with the loss, allowing five unearned runs in the ninth inning to break a 0-0 game. The Padres Brownā€™s offense was held in check until the bottom of the ninth when Dayquer Alfonzo doubled and scored on an RBI single from Eduarlin Tejada, his 12th RBI of the season. The team as a whole mustered only three hits and one walk, with only four opportunities with runners in scoring position. The team committed two errors in the field, one of which opened the floodgates for the five-run ninth inning that sealed the loss.
