Pulisic played 63 minutes in this game before being subbed out for Samuel Chukwueze, and his participation in this game was exceptional. The USMNT winger now has scored in three consecutive games for the first time in his career after his goal today, having scored in the first leg of this matchup and against Empoli in the Serie A.
Pulisic has been a very successful signing for AC Milan, currently with eight goals scored and six assists in the Serie A and three goals scored and an assist in European competitions this campaign. The 25-year-old forward has specifically found great chemistry with Rafael leao as demonstrated in this second-leg match against Slavia Prague.
AC Milan’s next game will be a Serie A bout against Hellas Verona this Sunday, March 17, then Pulisic will focus on the USMNT in the CONCACAF Nations League Final Four. The USMNT will face Jamaica in the semifinals of that competition for a ticket to the final against the winner of the Mexico vs. Panama semifinal leg.
