The next few weeks for the team are very crucial for the future of this season. With players like Justin Upton, Ian Kennedy, Will Venable and Joaquin Benoit in the last year of their contract, they could easily be moved for prospects come July 31st.

With Myers being disabled, Melvin Upton Jr.and Will Venable figure to get an extensive look in center field. Their addition to the team defensively makes the team better. They also provide a lot of speed to the line-up. It will be interesting to see if the team can produce with Myers being out of the line-up.
