After a scoreless first, the Padres got on the board in the second inning when Rasmes Velasquez singled to center, scoring Abraham Nunez. The White Sox took the lead in the bottom half on a two-run double from D’Angelo Tejada. In the third inning, Santiago Contreras doubled in one to tie the game. He then scored on a single from Yoiber Ocopio. A few batters later, Velasquez singled in two. A wild pitch capped off a five-run inning. Contreras doubled in a run again in the fourth inning. The Padres scored three more in the frame, including a three-run blast from Alexander Garcia to lead 10-2.
Adan Moreno went into the fifth inning on Monday but ran into trouble as the White Sox got a pair of runs off of him, chasing him from the game. Another three-run rally in the seventh inning capped off a whirlwind day for the Padres offense, scoring 13 runs on 12 hits.
DSL Padres Gold (DNP) (6-4 on the season)
Game against DSL Blue Jays postponed due to rain.
ACL Padres (Defeated the ACL Dodgers 3-1) (6-6 on the season)

Lamar King Jr: (1-for-2), R, 2 BB, SB
The Dodgers got on the board first on Monday, with two-on and two-out in the bottom of the second inning; Derlin Figueroa singled through the right side to score Mairoshendrick Martinus. The Padres responded right away, however, drawing two leadoff walks. Romeo Sanabria homered over the left field wall to take a 3-1 lead. That’s all the team needed.
Henry Martinez allowed just one run in four innings. The real show was the bullpen. Brian Salazar and Reinier Parra combined to strike out six in five scoreless innings while allowing just two base hits.
