Padres Down on the Farm: April 18 (Mazur solid/Head walk-off in LE)
San Diego Padres affiliates went 2-2 on Thursday.

El Paso Chihuahuas (Lost 10-2 to Alburquerque) (7-11 on the season)

Graham Pauley- (1-for-4) Run, RBI, K
Cal Mitchell- (1-for-4) 2 K
Jackson Wolf- 4.2 IP, 7 H, 4 ER, 3 BB, 2 K (85 pitches- 51 strikes)
Lefty Jackson Wolf was on the mound and continues to struggle since being claimed by the Padres from the Pittsburgh Pirates. The PCL is a notorious hitters league, and Wolf has owned a 9.90 ERA so far this season for El Paso. Mason McCoy doubled and drove in a run in the loss. Graham Pauley continues to put up numbers in El Paso and went 1-for-4 with a run scored and an RBI.
San Antonio Missions (Lost 4-3 to Corpus Christi in 10 innings)Â

The Missions lost an extra innings game on the road as the bullpen coughed up three runs in the bottom of the 10th to give the Hooks the win. Carter Loewen was charged with the loss as he only earned one out on the night and gave up three runs. Adam Mazur was solid once again as the right-handed pitcher struck out four in five shutout innings. Cole Cummings earned two hits in the loss.
Fort Wayne TinCaps (Won 7-6 over Dayton in 10 innings) (5-6 on the season)
Griffin Doersching- (3-for-5) HR, 2B, 2 Runs, 4 RBI, 2 K
Devin Ortiz- (2-for-4) RBI, K
Albert Fabian- (2-for-3) 2B, 2 Runs, BB, K
Miguel Cienfuegos- 4.2 IP, 6 H, 4 ER, 2 BB, 7 K (78 pitches- 51 strikes)
Fort Wayne was victorious on the road as the team pushed across a run in the top of the 10th inning, and Manuel Castro recorded the last three outs without allowing a run to score. Miguel Cienfuegos started the game and struck out seven but allowed four runs on six hits. Griffin Doersching drove in four runs with a double and a homer in the win,
Lake Elsinore Storm (Won 7-6 over Visalia) (5-5 on the season)

Braedon Karpathios- (2-for-4) 2B, 3 RBI, 2 Runs, BB, 2 K
Thomas Balboni Jr.- 2 IP, 3 K (23 pitches- 16 strikes)
Dillon Head provided the walk-off for the Storm as they beat the Rawhide in the bottom of the ninth inning. Head was 2-for-5 on the night and is hitting .234 on the season. Outfielder Braedon Karpathios doubled and drove in three wins in the win. Thomas Balboni Jr. earned the win and tossed the final two innings without allowing a run to score.
